Privacy Policy

Overview
Season Atlas is a coaching and team-operations workspace for schools, clubs, and multi-team programs. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when coaches create accounts, build team workspaces, and use Season Atlas to manage rosters, schedules, logistics, rankings, race planning, and related operations.
Information we collect
We collect account and workspace information you or your team provide to Season Atlas. This may include coach name, email address, phone number, birthday, login credentials processed through Supabase authentication, team name, team code, and operational workspace content such as roster details, athlete records, availability, injuries, notes, rankings inputs, calendar items, equipment records, practice plans, race reviews, imports, and notifications.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, link coaches to the correct team workspace, store and sync team operations data, support product functionality, troubleshoot issues, improve performance and reliability, and communicate about service-related matters such as account access, authentication, or support requests.
How information is stored
Season Atlas uses third-party infrastructure providers to support hosting, authentication, and database operations, including Supabase-backed services used to manage sign-in and application data. Information is stored electronically and may be retained for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the platform.
How information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Season Atlas, with members of your own team workspace as directed by the product’s collaboration features, when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Season Atlas, its users, and others.
Team responsibilities
Season Atlas is used by coaches, directors, and operations staff to manage team information. Each team is responsible for making sure it has the right to collect, upload, use, and manage athlete and staff information in the workspace, including any information about minors, health status, availability, or internal team evaluations that users choose to enter.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to operational, contractual, and legal retention requirements. Because much of the information in Season Atlas is team-managed workspace data, some requests may need to be coordinated through the team or organization that controls the relevant workspace.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of Season Atlas after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies going forward.
