Terms of Service

Overview
These Terms of Service govern use of Season Atlas, a coaching and team-operations workspace used to manage rosters, schedules, logistics, planning, rankings, race preparation, and related team data. By creating an account, joining a team workspace, or using Season Atlas, you agree to these terms.
Permitted use
You may use Season Atlas only for lawful, authorized team and organizational purposes. You may not use the service to violate law, infringe another party’s rights, interfere with system security, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content or data you do not have the right to use.
Accounts and team access
Each coach or staff user must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Team codes and workspace-sharing features may only be used to invite authorized coaches, directors, or staff into the correct team environment.
Team data and responsibility
You represent that you and your organization have the right to collect, upload, manage, and use the team, athlete, and staff information entered into Season Atlas. You remain responsible for the legality, quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your workspace data, including injuries, athlete evaluations, rankings inputs, notes, schedules, imports, and any information relating to minors.
Product changes and availability
We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of Season Atlas at any time. We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but Season Atlas is provided on an as-available and as-offered basis, and availability, features, and functionality may change without notice.
Acceptable conduct
You may not misuse the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the platform except where law prohibits restriction, introduce malicious code, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or exfiltrate data without authorization, or use Season Atlas in a way that could harm the service or other users.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Season Atlas if these terms are violated, if a workspace or user creates security, legal, or operational risk, or if continued service is no longer feasible. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
Season Atlas is a software tool for operational coordination and planning. It does not provide medical, legal, compliance, or performance guarantees, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment by coaches, administrators, medical staff, or legal counsel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of Season Atlas after updated terms become effective means the updated terms apply going forward.
