Imports
Bring schedules, rosters, race results, rankings, and equipment into the workspace.Download the matching template, fill it out, and use the upload lane below that matches the section you want to update.
Schedule
Loads calendar events.
Use `Date` as the main event date, with `End Date` only when an event spans multiple days.
Use `Type` values like `Race`, `Practice`, `Travel`, or `Team`.
Re-uploading updates matching rows instead of duplicating them.
Race Results
Loads regatta results for your team and comparison teams.
Use `M/W` for `Women` or `Men` and `Lineup Level` for `Varsity`, `JV`, `2V`, `3V`, `Freshman`, or `Novice`.
`Source` can be `CrewTimer`, `RegattaCentral`, or a saved results link.
Regatta Data
Loads event schedule, lanes, shells, oars, notes, and lineups into one selected regatta.
Pick the regatta first so uploaded rows replace the matching race days in that plan.
Use columns like `Date`, `Event #`, `Event Name`, `Race Time`, `Lane`, `Shell`, `Oars`, `Cox`, and `Seat 8` through `Seat 1`.
Test Pieces
Loads test piece history by category.
Use `Test Type` for any category you track, like `2k`, `6k`, `30m`, or `5k`.
`2,000`, `2000`, `2k`, and `2K` are treated as the same category.
These imports update PR and Most Recent automatically.
`M/W` and `Squad` help distinguish athletes with the same name.
Roster Update Columns
Creates athletes or updates roster profile fields in bulk.
Use `M/W` for `Women` or `Men` and `Squad` for `Varsity` or `Novice`.
Test Pieces are imported separately and remain the performance source of truth.
Technique Spreadsheet
Loads rower technique scores and coxswain evaluation scores.
Download the technique or coxswain template below.
Upload either file through the same technique lane.
Equipment
Loads shells or oars in bulk.
Use the shell or oar template below, then upload either file here.
Shell rows can include rigging measurements; oar rows can include blade, shaft, grip, and length details.
