How It Works

Rankings score the enabled metrics for the athletes in the current view, apply your season weights, then sort highest to lowest.

1. Choose metrics
2. Score the view
3. Apply weights
4. Sort the board

Simple Rules

Unchecked metrics count for 0%.

Season weights should total 100%.

Scores are relative to the athletes currently shown.

PR and Recent can use the same test piece when no separate Recent result is recorded.

Weighted Score

Metric Score((field size - rank) / (field size - 1)) × 100

Each enabled metric becomes a 0-100 score for the athletes in the current view.

Final ScoreΣ(metric score × metric weight)

Enabled metrics are multiplied by their weights and added together for the board order.

Technique Average

Technique Average is the mean of the 8 stored technique scores on the roster profile. Higher averages rank higher.

Technique Average8 stored scores
(Connection + Suspension + Acceleration + Posture + Timing + Feathering + Squaring + Handle Heights) / 8

Example: if the 8 technique scores total 32, the average is 4.

32 / 8 = 4

Race Readiness

Race Readiness blends race volume and placement quality from historical results where the rower appears in the saved lineup.

Race ReadinessVolume + placement
Race Volume60 × 0.70
Placement Quality52.38 × 0.30
(60 × 0.70) + (52.38 × 0.30) = 57.71

Attendance

Attendance uses the season attendance counts on the athlete's roster profile. It applies to rowers and coxswains, and roster overrides count the same way as attendance pulled from practice lineups and regatta absences.

AttendanceStarts at 100
Missed practices2 × -5
Missed regattas1 × -15
Optional practices1 × +3
100 - (2 × 5) - (1 × 15) + (1 × 3) = 78
